We have recruited experienced and talented quality controllers who are proficient in checking these products on numerous quality parameters. Moreover, we pack these products in quality assured HDPE Laminated packaging material to protect them from moisture. The R&D center is well equipped with advanced apparatus like HPLC, GLC, Atomic Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, Moisture Balance, pH Meter, Heating Mantle, Hot Air Oven, and Hot Plate etc. Well-equipped and manned laboratory guarantees the accuracy and precision of test results.

Quality” and “Consistency” is our strength. We have been keeping a close eye on the quality at every level of production. We have designed a strict quality policy that is followed at the three steps like

Pre Production
Pre Production

In this phase, we test all the raw and packaging material before and at the time of sourcing. We source the material after finding them satisfactory as per specification before issued for production.

Production
Production

During production process, we check every sample as per laid down specifications at different levels of production process. Our quality experts test the products on varied parameters before dispatch to the packaging team.

Post Production
Post Production

After completing the production process, random samples are tested by experts and maintained in records for future references. After due verification of finished goods, they are released for sales.
